Welcome to BCC Psych! We are delighted to have you here. Our range of psychological services at BCC Psych includes therapy, neuropsychological testing and school based psycho-educational evaluations, and training. We prioritize person-centered, evidence-based approaches that are customized to meet your individual needs. You have the flexibility to receive individual or group therapy either virtually from the comfort of your home or in-person at our downtown Friendship Heights, DC/MD office.
By embracing courage and compassion, our therapists offer personalized one-on-one support to help you identify and overcome the barriers hindering your progress toward a more meaningful life. Our team of psychologists and associates specializes in mindfulness- and acceptance-based approaches, with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy as our primary treatment modality. In addition, we provide comprehensive psychoeducational testing designed to assess learning disabilities and other cognitive challenges in both children and adults.
